We’re on the lookout for Roblox-native community managers who truly understand the platform from the inside out. If you’ve grown up on Roblox, successfully managed game communities, and know what keeps players coming back, this is for you.

You’ll oversee how we create engaging in-game events, spark conversations, and amplify the experience across TikTok and other socials. Most importantly, you understand what drives players to join a game and how to keep them coming back for more.
